Where do my race fees go?
All the money raised from the Watershed Adventure Race go directly the the YMCA Annual Campaign.
What is the YMCA Annual Campaign?
This campaign is committed to building STRONG kids, STRONG families and STRONG communities. We raise funds to enchance accessibility, improve programs and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from YMCA programs regardless of their ability to pay. Your gifts help to:
- Give a child living in poverty a safe and fun experience at a YMCA camp
- Provide youth at risk a chance to build leadership skills
- Ensure a low income family stays active and healthy with a YMCA membership
- Make certain a low income school-aged child will benefit from literacy, recreation and homework assistance at a YMCA after school program
- Assist newcomers to Canada to settle and integrate into our community.

- 2008 was the first race and raised $687
